These Terms of Service govern your use of libertodesigns.com and all services purchased through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Services

libertodesigns provides web design, brand identity, UI/UX design and related digital creative services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical deliverables are included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our website and paid via Stripe. All prices are quoted in Euros and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a discovery session and begin your project.

Delivery

Delivery timelines begin from the date the discovery session is completed and project brief is agreed. Essentials plan: approximately 10 business days. Studio plan: approximately 21 business days. Full Production: approximately 42 business days. These are estimates and may vary based on revision cycles and brief complexity.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on the plan chosen. Additional revision rounds may be requested at an hourly rate. A revision round means a compiled set of changes reviewed together, not individual incremental adjustments.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, libertodesigns assigns to you all rights to the final delivered design files. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing within 30 days of delivery.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Venice, Italy.
